View setting

Monitoring layout

When you select the "Configurations" item from the menu bar on the left side, the FIXICC H2 displays the default monitoring layout with the full list of notifications on the right side of the screen.
The monitoring layout view includes three main parts:

  • "Table view" contains a table with object dynamic info, default and extended filters, and functional buttons. "Table view" is located in the central part of the screen;
  • "Notifications" contains a list of notifications and a default filter for quick customization. "Notifications" is located in the right part of the screen;
  • "Object info" contains a list of static and dynamic parameters and functional menus of the selected object. "Object info" is located in the bottom part of the screen.

You can change the size of each layout part or collapse one.
You can open the object detailed view in a new tab by clicking the "View in tab" button in the "Object info" layout part.

Table customization

You have the ability to customize the table view.

Columns:

  • You can choose the list of the column to display.  By clicking on the  icon at the right side of the table header, you can choose which columns will be displayed by checking the parameters.
  • You can change the order of the columns by using drag-and-drop.
  • You can change the width of the selected column by clicking on the column header edge and moving the mouse to attain the required size.

Sorting the rows:

  • To arrange the values in the column in descending order, click the   icon in the right corner of the column header or right-click the selected column header and click the "Descending" context menu item.
  • To arrange the values in the column in ascending order, click the  icon in the right corner of the column header or right-click the selected column header and click the "Ascending" context menu item.
  • You can reset sorting by right-clicking the selected column header and clicking the "Reset" context menu item.

Pagination

You have the option to set the number of visible table rows in static pages; for real-time pages, the number of visible rows is 15 (cannot be changed).
You can select the number of rows from the drop-down menu at the top of the panel.
If the quantity of objects in the database is greater than the number of displayed rows, the FIXICC H2 adds new pages.

You can navigate through the pages by using the navigation bar in the right corner under the table.

Filtering

You have the ability to filter the list of objects in the table.
Filtration is applicable for each type of object: servers, sessions, notifications, etc.
Two filter types are available for use: the Default Filter and the Extended Filter.

Default Filter

The Default Filter depends on the type of objects that are shown on the current page.
To use the Default Filter, type or select a value in the Default Filter fields.
You should only move the focus from the completed field or press the "Enter" key to start a search.

To reset the search results:

  • Click the "Clear" button (the "1" label in the figure above);
  • Or click the "Clear" context menu item.

Then you will see the full list of rows.

Extended Filter

The Extended Filter allows adding custom search conditions.

To add a new search condition, you should:

  1. Click the "Add search condition" button ("1" label in the figure above)
  2. Specify the parameter to search by (either select from the list or type the parameter name in the "Filter" field)
  3. Confirm your choice by clicking the "Select" button.

Or:

  • Cancel the operation by clicking the "Cancel" button.

Then select the operation type from the drop-down list according to the parameter type.

To start a search, click the "Refresh" button ("1" label in the figure below).

If you need to remove the filter condition, click the "x" symbol to see the full list of objects.

To reset the search results:

  • Select the "<Reset Filter>" item from the drop-down menu in the "Refresh" button.

  • Or click the "Clear" context menu item.

To save the created filter for future use:

  1. After adding the list of conditions, click the   button and select the save option
  2. You will see the save form depending on the option you have chosen
  3. Please add the mandatory information to save the filter
  4. Click the "OK" button to confirm changes

Or:

  • Cancel the operation by clicking the "Cancel" button.
